The Board of Directors of our Company in their Meeting held on Monday April 27, 2020 at 0930 hours at FFC Head Office, Rawalpindi recommended the following:-

a. Cash Dividend

An Interim Cash Dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 at Rs. 2.50 per share i.e. 25%.

b. Bonus Shares  – NIL

c. Right Shares  – NIL

d.   Any other price sensitive information – NIL



The above entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members on June 15, 2020. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from June 16, 2020 to  June 22, 2020 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the Central Depository Company of Pakistan limited, Share Registrar Department, CDC House 99-B, Block ‘B’, S.M.C.H.S Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi – 74400 at the close of business on June 15, 2020 will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transferees.
